First off I put this item on layaway in August 2019. Finished paying off the layaway program on a Friday in November 2019. I was told that Friday the item would be shipped on the Monday after I finished paying. Which it was not.
It took me contacting them for two days to get it shipped finally.
That being said, SECONDLY when I put the item on layaway back in August I expressed I needed it shortened to 7.3inches due to my small wrists. They took note of that then and there and said it would be done.
I brought that concern back up when I finished paying on that Friday making sure that it would fitted. I was assured it would be sized before shipped.
When my item wasn't shipped on that Monday I contacted them to see where my order status was at. I was told it would be sized and shipped later that day. It wasn't.
On Wednesday of that week I contacted them earlier day again through their online chat room because it didn't ship yet. Asking if it would be sized and shipped. They said yes and sent me a tracking number that day. It was here on Friday.... Unsized and shipped two days later than said. In total I asked at least three times if it will be sized correctly to 7.3inches before it finally shipped and they said yes every time.
**Keep in mind I only contacted them over the phone and chat room so there would be no confusion.** Now besides those two things the bracelet was a little thinner than I thought but seems to be well made and a quality item.
