I worked with the customization team to modify a diamond engagement ring. They increased the price by about 1000$. I was skeptical that it would end up looking how I imagined it, but they consistently messaged me over a couple of weeks to discuss the design and within a month of reaching out I received the finish product that exceeded my expectations. My only complaint was that the engraving was trash - I could hardly see it and they put my name in all CAPS! Thankfully, the reason I could hardly see it was because it was so lightly written that I can get it buffed out and redone, BY HAND, for relatively cheap. In short, great working with the team, and not so great engraving. 4.5 stars.
