This ring can be made in 10K white, rose and yellow gold, to give the gold extra shine we use rhodium plating which doesn’t peel off. Yellow and rose rhodium plating doesn’t fade away but white rhodium does wear off with time. White rhodium is what gives white gold the "white" look otherwise it would have a tint, as natural gold is yellow. To keep white gold looking its best it should be re-rhodium plated every 12 months or so, depending on the wear. We do offer re-finishing, re-polishing services for our customers at a relatively low cost to what you would pay in a store. |
