Answer:	The diamonds are set in the band of this men's diamond watch using pave setting, so each diamond is held securely in place by prongs.Since the band of this watch is made from stainless steel there is almost no chance of diamonds falling out, but you do have a full year warranty on the watch and if any fall out you can send us the band to reset any diamond that fell out.
