The exact conversion from W to US size is 11 1/4, but since we only do half sizes we recommend to select 11.5 (unless the size of the rings you wear is a bit tight then you should go with 11). Sure, this is available in yellow gold. All our diamond rings come in white gold and yellow gold, please select Yellow gold from Gold Color drop down box (next to Ring size).
