After a 20% down payment, we will create a beautiful 3D computer prototype of your personalized diamond watch design. We will then email you with several attached pictures of the design prototype. This step ensures your involvement in the whole process. You can respond to our email with your suggestions (i.e., whether any elements of the design need to be modified) or give us your approval. We will only move forward with the watchmaking process when you approve the 3-D design.
When we’ve completed your watch, we’ll send you a detailed picture of the final product to confirm we’ve met your specifications. Afterward, you’ll pay the total balance, and we will securely ship your customized diamond watch directly to you.
