Q: How to make a custom-made jewelry?

It's very easy to create a custom-made jewelry! The professional jewelers will guide you through only few simple steps of the process. After creating a design in a provided platform, you send the drawing to the experts. They will offer the materials best suited for the desired jewelry and your budget. This will result in a 3D model of the chosen item and some final adjustments. Now you have to pay for the order and shipping and wait for the parcel.

Q: How long does it take to create custom jewelry?

In general, it will take 1–4 weeks to receive your custom piece of jewelry. The average time can vary depending on the type of jewelry, how complex the design is, how many gemstones need to be set, how many materials are involved, and how long it takes to achieve a perfect design that fits your budget. Overall, very intricate or specific details may require more minute adjustments throughout the design process, increasing the time frame.

Q: How much does custom jewelry cost?

The price of custom jewelry can vary greatly, depending on the type of metal and weight, gemstone and diamond grade, intricacies involved in the design, and the overall labor required. To estimate the cost, it’s a good idea to search for similar jewelry pieces for sale online (similar karat purity, total carat weight in diamonds, size, etc.) or look at the jewelry cost factors in our jewelry education blog section. We will affirm the price of your personalized jewelry piece after you have an estimate and a design idea

Q: Do I need to send you a complete custom jewelry design?

We will work closely with you in the design process, so it’s not necessary to send a completely finished drawing. Complete, detailed jewelry designs are great, but plenty of customers simply send us a loose sketch of the most important parts of their design. As long as you send us a design that captures the main gist of what you want, we'll fine-tune it with you throughout the process.

Q: Can I return custom jewelry?

Because ItsHot tailor-made rings are manufactured to your specifications, they are not refundable and not returnable. All exchanges are final; this is why we take great care to communicate with clients about their exact wishes.
