Yes — please call you credit card company and add the address you would like us to ship the item to your account, then enter this address as your billing address (for security, enter your present billing phone number and one of our representatives will call you on this number to verify your information). No PO boxes — entry must be a street address.

We use FedEx and USPS. All packages require a signature and won’t be left unattended. If you are not available to sign for your package please contact us at 1-212-398-3123 to arrange a pickup of your package from FedEx or USPS location nearest to you.

After shipment, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track via carrier site or your ItsHot account .

You can cancel before shipment. If it ships despite cancellation, accept delivery and request return instructions.

All returns we receive are inspected for signs of wear and all requests for credits usually submitted within 48 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-14 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Yes, we provide 30 day money back guarantee for our jewelry purchases and 7 day money back guarantee for loose diamond purchases. If, within this period, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item, provide a credit for merchandise amount or issue a refund less any shipping charges. Customized items, resized/engraved pieces, and custom orders cannot be returned.

All shipments are insured. For lost/damaged items, file a claim and we’ll assist. For Sell-Your-Gold kits, default coverage is $500.

Our items come with warranties that range from 1 year to a lifetime. For items that do not come with a lifetime warranty, ItsHot offers extended warranties of an additional 3 or 5 years. The specific warranty period for each item is indicated on the product page.

The warranty covers the items against any manufacturing defect or functional failure. This warranty does not cover the watch’s bracelet, strap, crystal, or battery due to accident, normal wear, and damages caused by unauthorized third parties.

A shipping charge will apply for return shipping by FedEx Air with insurance and signature confirmation of repaired items (at actual FedEx rate).

A jewelry lifetime upgrade is a service offered by ItsHot that allows you to exchange the existing jewelry pieces for newer, more valuable items.
Some of items come with the lifetime upgrade. You can find this information on the item page.

Please note the price of the new item must be at least 50% greater than the original purchase price. Damaged items will not receive full credit.
Upgrade orders are not eligible for discounts, coupons, or price match requests.
