The curb chain that I ordered is great, diamond skull pendant is great and the diamond scorpion pendant is great. It took a couple extra weeks to get the scorpion pendant as they had to craft and customize the white gold one for me. But I was informed of this in the beginning. The customer service I received from Arthur was excellent. He was attentive, prompt and effective in all of our correspondence. He even gave me a discount due to the wait on the scorpion pendant. Only negative I can mention is that they don't answer their phones in my experiences and the email replies are hit and miss. If you need to contact them go through the live chat on their website. Someone was always there to help me 24/7. However if you have an issue where you need to amend your order or something hit the chat during the daytime during business hours because the night person won't be able to help you at that time and will just tell you to come back in the am for your issue. And that is the time when Arthur is there and he's a wizard with getting your jewelry needs fulfilled! The quality of their items is top shelf and the prices are reasonable. They are a company and website that you can trust, which is not always the case in today's world. Especially with high priced jewelry and watches. For example I bought a vintage Rolex online from LuxuryofWatches and it was a nightmare. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH LUXURY OF WATCHES. THEY ARE CROOKS. I had to send my Rolex back across the country in the mail 3 TIMES to ALMOST get what I was promised. And I still had to come out of pocket another $1000 to have the watch serviced serviced as it was in bad shape internally, order a genuine Rolex case back because the one they put on there was shaved down to look like one but was not authentic, and lastly I had to order two extra links off of eBay which ran me like $250.
