I ordered a diamond ring from ItsHot.com and when it arrived it did not go well with my wedding band. I contacted them to inquire what could be done and they told me I could exchange it for another item even though I'd had it made in a custom size. I decided on this 2ctw princess cut diamond ring. It took a bit for it to get crafted and mailed to me but when it arrived it was perfect. I took it to my insurance company to have it insured and they gladly accepted the appraisal which had been included for no extra charge. I'd looked at this very same ring on other sites and it was about $*** more and there was no capability to customize the size. I'll be back to buy more from this jeweler. Customer service was very nice each time I called (I kept checking on the status).Antonio
