This amazing diamond medallion features a round highly polished yellow gold core decorated with flower-looking groups of white round diamonds masterfully set around it. This particular pendant displays an iced out letter "H" in the middle of the medallion, though it can be customized with any letter you'd like.

The length of the pendant is 1 3/14in. (44mm) (with the bail), the width is 1 3/16in. (30mm) and the bail opening is 10mm.
