“I was in the market for a Pre-Loved…I was in the market for a Pre-Loved Rolex for my wife for Christmas. she was blessed to receive the SS MOP with the diamond dial and also the diamond bezel. i enjoyed watching her wear such a beautiful time piece, I wanted one like it, I currently have an older Submariner that I have had for a very long time, but recently the Submariner hit the floor hard, and suffered some damage, yes it can be sent out to be repaired, but i thought to myself, i would really like one like my wife. after researching, 2 locations ( 1 from where I purchased my first Rolex from) not only they did not have the style I was looking for, but also their pricing was far greater. I have seen, lt's Hot website before and started researching them. i must admit, i saw the Rolex that I wanted, and was pleased with the price. After a few days of looking at the Rolex online, I reached out to the company, I spoke with Joan for 3 days asking questions, looking at the options, getting a feel of trust and comfort. Joan did just that, she answered all my questions, Gave me that level of comfort, and made me feel confident that I will be receiving the Rolex exactly the way I wanted it.
