Re: Item code L.S., If I order this item in yellow 14 kt gold, and it does not arrive at the delivery address in the Netherlands, how do i get refund of the money paid by MasterCard?

Answer:

We ship with FedEx Expedited International Air service, fully insured with signature confirmation, so your order would be delivered only to your address and somebody would have to sign for it (it will not be left unattended). Delivery to Netherlands would take about a week (if ring has to be sized or manufactured in your size it might take another few days to a week, so please plan accordingly). The package is fully insured so if its lost during delivery or anything happened to it we would either send you a new ring or refunded you as per your preference.
