I wasn't aware they would be custom crafting my ring and when I called stating I hadn't yet seen my shipment email, I was told the ring was still in production. I had paid extra for two-day air to have the ring on May 5th, and was told if there were no production glitches, that the company would expedite the shipment for me overnight at no charge. My husband got the ring on May 6th and it was a thing to behold. CS above and beyond what is found today in the market place. I will be back for future jewelry purchases! Thank you again!***
