do you have an outlet in central London, Great Britain ? if yes what is the contact and do you have this design there and size(6.5/7) ? Also does the price remain the same or has it changed ?

Sorry, we are based in New York City, USA, we do not have London outlet. We do currently have this ring in stock in white gold and yellow gold available for immediate shipping. The prices do change from time to time. The shipping to London would be by FedEx International Air Service and includes full insurance and delivery confirmation (the package will not be left unattended), the shipping charge is $65, delivery usually takes under a week.
