Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse.

Expedited shipping is also available: FedEx 2 Day Air is $25 and FedEx Next Day Air is $35.

Discounted shipping to Canada: $45 for FedEx Air (delivery in 1-3 days). UK and other countries: $65 for FedEx Intl Air (delivery in 3-5 days). Please note: all duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For your security, your order will not be delivered without a recipient's signature.

Your item will be placed either in a tasteful silver velvet bag or jewelry box. Select items will arrive in our distinctive ItsHot.COM lacquered wooden or metal boxes.

Shipping Terms

After an order is placed, ItsHot.COM will send you a confirmation. Subsequently, our employees will process your order and get it ready for shipment as soon as possible. The usual order processing time is one to three business days (this includes the time it takes for our security department to review the order and to prepare the item for shipment.) If the item is out of stock, it will take us from two to six weeks to manufacture it for you. However, if an item is not in our inventory, be assured that you will be contacted and given several options including ordering a similar item.
